Leadership is as much about our core values and the principles we live by, as it is our leadership style and personal leadership charisma: One should never be absent from the other. In this session we will discover ten fundamental leadership principles to use as guide posts to our leadership style(s). When each of the ten principles are employed we will find that they act as a compass to guide us through the very difficult and perilous times education now finds itself facing.
