This second annual Educator Evaluations: Integrating Student Growth Data conference will highlight peer presentations of successful systems and educator evaluation development and implementation efforts. Presentations will emphasize the following aspects of the educator evaluation system: 1. How student growth data is integrated into effectiveness decisions; 2. The observation protocol/observation rubric utilized; and how multiple measures are incorporated into as single outcome (highly effective, effective, minimally effective, or ineffective).
The conference will feature presentations from districts that have developed an educator evaluation system that contains a strong student growth data component or has developed and/or successfully implemented an observation protocol as part of an evaluation system. There will also be presentations from professional organizations that are currently supporting educator evaluations and the integration of student growth data. The majority of breakout sessions will be from educators themselves.
Multiple sets of concurrent breakout sessions will be held throughout the day.
Registration fees for the full-day conference are $150 and include, breakfast, lunch, all materials and parking at the Lansing Center.
