This seminar is to strengthen school and district leaders’ ability to plan and have intentional conversations aimed at improving professional performance, attitude, effort and results. Seminar highlights will include the importance of leaders summoning the courage and skill to address difficult, messy, and easy-to-avoid conversations with supervisors, colleagues, faculty, staff, students and community members.
