Our mission is to make Michigan's communities better places to learn and live by defining, developing and deploying outstanding and inspirational local public leadership. We provide leadership services for K-12 school districts, intermediate school districts, colleges, and other local public sector organizations interested in developing or seeking outstanding leaders.
